A ride on one of the most exceptional and creative culinary rollercoasters i have ever been on. Vegetables take the spotlight, fish and meat serve as side dishes. Chef and brigade - a young and energetic crew - serve your set menu throughout the evening, explaining in much detail what is on your plate. The art of coming to the very essence of flavours is mastered at the next level here.
On top of that, the concept of the social table adds an extra dimension.
Fun facts for me:
1. first michelin starred place i ate where the main course is as fascinating as the starters.
2. One of the very very few times i loved the dessert (i usually skip because i hate sweets, but this ... oh boy!).

Blasts the same playlist every night until 1am except on Sunday, with not any bit of respect for neighbours.
I know you guys have some pompous hipster-ish pretentious chef and cuisine, but at least change your playlist. Hearing the same tune every day at the same time is alienating, I pity the staff.
Lives up to it’s name. The food is adventurous and mostly delicious. Good value and a great atmosphere. Would be a fun place to dine alone.
Food was fine but service a bit slow
Great concept and food
You enter a little intimidated by the greeting of the entire staff and leave a couple of hours later with the feeling of having experienced a special evening among friends. A staff of chefs only - except for the sommelier - leads with rhythm to the discovery of unexpected tastes and preparations. It's good, all good, but it's also very fun, pleasant, unique. The music, the intense rhythm underlines the contemporaneity and originality of the dishes, the environment enhances them. A super positive note for the sommelier, the one who works little (!) very good, with never banal proposals and a capacity for seduction equal to the rest of the brigade. Well done, well done, well done.
Unforgettable!
Unforgettable is a journey for 10 diners, all gathered to eat around the same counter, with the staff in front of them preparing the dishes, plating them, describing them.
The impeccable food, an explosion of flavors that make you understand how much research and dedication goes into every single dish.
Finally, some "oddities" that make the journey fun and unusual, such as having to take the tagliolini with your hands and make a slipper on the plate seasoned with porcini mushrooms and basil, or having to eat a revisitation of the aubergine Parmigiana by licking the plate, without cutlery... they may seem like crazy things to you but I assure you that once in there you will be 100% immersed.
